Business Leadership Programs and Coaching can be done several ways; one on one, in groups or team settings, on group calls, individual calls or coached in person. We even offer self guided business programs online.
We always recommend the first step is to do a Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI) the results are fast and a powerful tool to get started. We use the Energy Leadership Development System (ELDS). This proven system ELDS is on leadership topics that is like a road map to successful results. The ELDS is used online or in workbook, broken down into several segments. One of the many perks is the ability is to customize the programs segments to meet clients needs.
